Revenue Defense processes Shopify merchant data only to generate downloadable evidence packets for Shopify Payments disputes.

Data we access

• Shopify Payments dispute records
• Order data connected to those disputes
• Fulfillment and shipment data connected to those orders

Why we access it

We access this data to compile structured, merchant-ready PDF evidence packets inside Shopify Admin. We do not use merchant data to train models, score disputes, or generate autonomous rebuttals.

Security

Revenue Defense encrypts Shopify access tokens at rest and restricts access to merchant data to the minimum required to operate the app.

Data location

Data is processed on secure cloud infrastructure hosted in the United States.

Retention

Revenue Defense stores the minimum dispute metadata needed to render the dispute queue, support billing, and keep an activity log. Order, fulfillment, and shipment details are fetched at compile time.

We do not retain merchant dispute or order data beyond the processing required to generate evidence packets, except for limited queue metadata, billing status, and audit records needed to operate the app.

Use restrictions

• We do not sell merchant data.
• We do not share merchant data across merchants.
• We do not use merchant data for advertising.

Deletion

On uninstall, Revenue Defense invalidates the Shopify access token and removes the shop's active access to Shopify data. Retained metadata is limited to minimal records required for billing reconciliation and audit logging unless deletion is requested. Merchants may also contact us to request deletion of retained app data.
